Steel Staircases, Lift Support & Slab Openings

The client purchased a 2-story commercial property and required a staircase and lift. We designed and built steel staircases and a steel lift supporting system, along with slab openings. The works included slab strengthening and a raft foundation at the bottom. The complete scope covered 2 slab openings, 2 steel staircases, 2 steel lift supporting systems, and 2 raft foundations, delivering a fully integrated structural solution for the new commercial use.
